# GPU Lending

Infrastructure Exemplified… InfraX presents a new dawn in cloud computing, allowing prospective lenders the ability to make use of otherwise dormant GPU assets, democratising GPU access globally.

**Lending Process:**

1. **Node Listing:** To initiate the lending process, a user must list their GPU on InfraX's platform, outlining specifications, availability or any other relative information.
2. **Terms of Use:** Once the node has been listed, it is time for the prospective lender to set the terms of use. This includes price, usage, and time frames. All terms of use will be independently verified by InfraX to ensure users are setting fair terms for their hardware.
3. **GPU Node usage:** Once the terms of use have been established and a willing renter sourced, it is time to process payment and begin actualisation. The Lender now has the option to be paid in $INFRA or Ethereum, enabling flexibility.
4. **Node Payment and Ecosystem participation**: The lender is now able to earn $INFRA through the usage incurred by the rental agreement placed on their hardware. This $INFRA can subsequently be staked, providing a source of passive income through ecosystem participation.
